MedSpa Butler for Square Appointments

Keep Square.
Add the revenue it isn't recovering.

Square Appointments handles booking, payments, and your calendar in one place, and it does that well. Nothing here asks you to move off it. What Square doesn't do is the follow-through after the appointment is on the books — the confirmations, the rebooking timing, and the revenue that quietly leaks when a consult doesn't convert or a client drifts past their next treatment.

Nothing changes about how you book. Square stays exactly as it is.

Where the money goes

Three leaks Square was never built to catch.

Unconverted consults

You paid for the ad, the lead, and the chair time. She said she'd think about it, and nobody followed up.

Overdue clients

Past their own treatment interval — not a generic 90-day bucket, but late relative to their actual cadence.

Cancelled slots

A cancellation two days out is a hole in the schedule unless something fills it before the day arrives.

MedSpa Butler detects all three, follows up automatically, and attributes the bookings that come back — so recovered revenue is a number you can look at.

What you add

The layer that runs after the booking

Revenue recovery

Consults that never booked a treatment, clients past due against their own rebooking window, and slots left empty by a cancellation — found automatically, followed up by text, and tracked so you can see which bookings came back.

Treatment-timed rebooking

Botox at 12 weeks. Hydrafacial at 4. Filler at 16. Tracked per client against their actual visit history, so the nudge lands when results are fading — not as a generic "we miss you" blast.

Two-way CONFIRM/CANCEL SMS

Clients reply straight from the reminder and the appointment status updates in real time. By the morning of, you know exactly who's coming and who still needs a call.

Post-visit satisfaction check

Happy clients get a one-tap link to Google, Yelp, or RealSelf. Unhappy clients land in a private feedback inbox with an email alert, so you hear about a problem while you can still fix it.

Retention alerts

Clients who quietly stop booking surface at 60, 90, and 180 days with a one-click re-engagement text ready to send.

Consent forms, analytics & digest

Digital consent forms signed on the client's phone, a revenue and no-show analytics dashboard, and a morning email summarising the day before you open.

Connecting Square

About ten minutes, once.

01

Connect Square in one click

In MedSpa Butler, go to Settings → Square Appointments and click Connect Square. You'll be redirected to Square to approve the connection.

02

Webhooks register themselves

MedSpa Butler creates the booking webhook subscription for you automatically — there's no URL to copy and nothing to configure inside Square.

03

Bookings sync from then on

New bookings, reschedules, and cancellations flow through automatically, and the full reminder sequence is scheduled for each one.

Your staff keeps using Square exactly as they do today. MedSpa Butler reads bookings as they happen and handles everything that comes after.

Pricing

$997/month per location. Everything included.

No tiers, no add-ons. SMS, email, consent forms, review requests, rebooking nudges, retention alerts, and revenue recovery are all in. Recovering three or four appointments a month that would have been no-shows covers the whole cost.
