Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for MedSpa Butler subscriptions.
Free trial
New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Billing
After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly fee for your plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account settings, or by emailing support@medspabutler.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
- Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current month.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service issue, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
